My wife had an issue with her credit card. You guys went ahead with the payment. As the payment has not gone though the original invoice still shows payment pending from me. I paid it this morning anyways after receiving 3 calls wuthin 15 miniutes. When there is a delay yiu guys do not bother to call me. Anyways, you guys need to do a transformation in your business pricess. I am sure you guy can exceed customer expectation. Please fix it. All the very bestPosted on Google

She was knowledgeble, efficient, polite and caring. After sending her a couple of pictures of my door, she placed the order and said she would call when it came in. All staff in the office are nice and would not hesitate to return in future.Posted on Google

Bonn Sotto741 days agoAwesome sevice from these guys! I had two garage door openers installed and from quote to installation, they are top notch. I've had other companies come out for a quote. One never bothered sending us a quote after initial visit and multiple phone calls. Another company sent a very inexperienced staff that was 2hrs late and she doesn't know anything about their product! Wayne Dalton has comparable price and unparalleled service. Also, their installer is a machine. He answered all my questions and without missing a beat as he worked. Never seemed annoyed, always nice.Posted on Google

Rick Black817 days agoThe bottom panel on our garage door was rusted and rather just replace one panel that wasn't a perfect colour match with the rest of the door, Mathew, the sales person, gave us such a good price that we decided to replace the whole door, including adding an option that allowed us to open and close the door with the use of an APP on our phone. Nothing more annoying then having to return home to see if we did in fact close the garage door. When the door arrived we were contacted immediately and the very next morning Luc arrived right on time the next day. He not only installed the door, but replaced all the old hardware, weather stripping etc in a relatively short period of time and then cleaned up and hauled away all the old material. As he was about to finish, another worker Chris came and installed a program that allowed us to control the opening and closing with the use of an app on our phone, even while out of town. To top it off, Luc replaced our old key pad that was also not working consistently. I would recommend this company without reservation. Matthew, Luc and Chris were prompt, friendly and extremely polite and all were very professional!Posted on Google

Dan Marar2771 days agoI had tried contacting 5 companies for a garage door before I tried Wayne Dalton because I was scared from the reviews here. Only 1 answered back and I had to be chased just to get an estimate after which followed a crazy price and a lot of unnecessary upsell attempts. I then contacted Wayne Dalton and Mathew got back to me within a day then Jeff reached out shortly after and came out to look at the door within a week. Jeff followed up properly and both him and Matt were attentive to all my questions and concerns. The price was reasonable and the door arrived exactly in the timeframe they estimated. They even managed to accommodate my work schedule for the installation and all went smooth. It was a perfect sales process. Thank you Mathew and Jeff for the excellent service and Doug for installing.Load more
