The Thermospan® Series insulated doors are the only sectional doors in the industry with patented, roll-formed integral struts on each section, making them the most rigid doors available. The Thermospan® Series also has a patented manufacturing process with a polyurethane core continuously foamed in place between the outer and inner skins.

Suitable for medium and heavy-duty commercial and industrial applications, the Thermospan® series provides strength and durability coupled with thermal efficiency. Optional wind load engineering makes them ideal even in hurricane-prone areas.

Thermal Performance
- Thermal break separates inner and outer skins at the top and bottom, so virtually no heat or cold is conducted through the section
- The CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation core with the standard joint seal aids in preventing air infiltration and can help reduce energy costs
- A flexible vinyl bulb seal and non-corrosive polymer retainer can help prevent water and air infiltration at the bottom of the door
