Commercial Insulated Sectional Steel Doors are designed for businesses and industrial facilities that need a combination of thermal efficiency, durability, strength, weather protection, and dependable daily operation. The lineup includes the Thermospan® Series, ThermoMark™ 5000 Series, and ThermoMark™ Model 530, offering options from standard commercial openings to very large, climate-controlled industrial spaces.
Thermospan® Series: These doors feature polyurethane insulation and patented roll-formed integral struts designed to provide rigidity and strength.
The ThermoMark 5000 Series: These insulated sectional steel doors combine polyurethane insulation with hot-dipped galvanized steel skins and a thermal break. Depending on the model, R-values range from 12.12 to 16.22.
ThermoMark™ Model 530: For very large openings and demanding climate-controlled environments, the ThermoMark Model 530 provides 3-inch-thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation and accommodates openings up to 40′ wide and 24′ high.
ThermoMark™ Series
ThermoMark™ doors provide high-quality thermal efficiency, using foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation between two steel panels. This creates a strong door that is flush on the interior. With residential or commercial exterior design options, ThermoMark™ doors are aesthetically pleasing and come with a variety of color and window options for any application. The Wayne Dalton ThermoMark™ Model 530 is the premium option in Wayne Dalton’s commercial insulated sectional steel door collection. With 3-inch-thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, it is engineered for large commercial and industrial openings where maximum thermal efficiency, durability, security, and dependable performance are essential.

Wayne Dalton’s ThermoMark™ 5000 Series provides insulated sectional steel doors for commercial and industrial applications where thermal efficiency, durability, appearance, and reliable operation matter. The four models—5150, 5155, 5200, and 5255—use foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation between hot-dipped galvanized steel panels and include a thermal break to help improve energy efficiency.
