ThermoMark™ doors provide high quality thermal efficiency, using foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation between two steel panels. This creates a strong door that is flush with the interior of the door. With residential or commercial exterior design options, ThermoMark™ doors are aesthetically pleasing and come with various color and window options for any application. ThermoMark™ doors are also the preferred door for wind load applications.

Thermal Efficiency & Low Maintenance
For a balance of insulation and architectural appearance, the 5150 and 5200 are excellent choices. For a more rugged commercial design, the 5155 and 5255 provide enhanced heavy-duty construction while maintaining strong thermal performance.
ThermoMark 5150, 5155, 5200, and 5255 are well suited for manufacturing plants, production facilities, loading docks, warehouses, storage facilities, industrial buildings, drive-through bays, truck bays, vehicle storage, and commercial buildings.

Wayne Dalton’s ThermoMark™ 5000 Series includes four insulated sectional steel door models designed for commercial and industrial applications where thermal efficiency, durability, attractive design, and dependable operation matter. The series uses foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation between galvanized steel skins and incorporates a thermal break to help improve energy efficiency.
ThermoMark™ Model Options
Model 5150 combines commercial durability with a more architectural appearance. It has a 1-3/8″ three-layer section, an R-value of 12.12, and accommodates openings up to 20’2″ wide and 20’1″ high. It is available with multiple panel and window configurations.
Model 5155 is designed for applications requiring a more rugged commercial door while maintaining good thermal performance. It features 1-1/2″ three-layer sections, an R-value of 12.12, and maximum dimensions of 20’2″ wide by 20’1″ high.
Model 5200 increases insulation and opening capacity with 1-7/8″ three-layer sections and an R-value of 16.22. It accommodates openings up to 26’2″ wide and 20’1″ high and includes stucco steel-back panels designed for attractive, low-maintenance performance.
Model 5255 is the heavy-duty counterpart to the 5200. It features 1-7/8″ three-layer sections, an R-value of 16.22, and maximum dimensions of 26’2″ wide by 20’1″ high. Its rugged construction makes it well suited to demanding commercial and industrial environments
