The Wayne Dalton Rolling Service Doors Models 800 & 800c is designed to meet the tough requirements of virtually any commercial or industrial application. Model 800 and ThermoTite® 800C offer flexibility in substrate materials with choices of galvanized or prime steel, stainless steel, or aluminum. Color options range from our four standard factory-finish colors to approximately 200 RAL powder coat choices.

Popular in interior and exterior applications, Our Model 800 rolling service door comprises curved or flat-faced slats that provide a natural watershed, helping to reduce corrosion. The slats have free-acting interlocking joints that permit easy articulation when the door coils. Model 800C has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation with an R-value* of 7.7 to fill the slat to enhance a building’s thermal efficiency. Model 800 – Rolling Service Door

The Model 800 is a heavy-duty, non-insulated rolling service door available with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum curtain materials. It can be configured with flat or curved 3-inch slats for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications.

Model 800 Construction

The Model 800 uses curved or flat-faced slats with interlocking joints that allow the curtain to articulate smoothly as it rolls into the coil. The slat profiles also create a natural watershed that helps reduce corrosion.

A heavy-duty double-angle bottom bar reinforces the lower edge of the curtain and is designed so that fasteners do not protrude into the guide openings, helping maintain smooth door operation.

Model 800C – ThermoTite® Insulated Rolling Service Door

The 800C adds foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to the rolling curtain. Its insulation provides an R-value of 7.7, helping improve thermal efficiency in temperature-sensitive facilities.

The 800C provides the same rugged commercial rolling-door concept while adding insulation. Foamed-in-place polyurethane fills the slats to provide an R-value of 7.7, making the door a better choice for buildings where maintaining interior temperatures is important.
