Both models feature a springless direct-drive design and are rated for up to 500,000 cycles, making them well suited for high-traffic applications.

Model 800 HC Construction
This model uses a 3-inch flat No. 14 slat profile made from 22-gauge galvanized steel. The non-insulated curtain is a practical choice for facilities where durability, security, and frequent operation are more important than thermal insulation.
800C HC Construction
The Model 800C HC uses a 3-inch insulated No. 34 slat profile, with a 22-gauge galvanized-steel front and 24-gauge galvanized-steel backer. Wayne Dalton lists an R-value of 7.71 for the insulated door, making it a better choice for temperature-controlled commercial environments.
