Rolling Service Door Model Options

Model 800

The Model 800 is a versatile commercial rolling service door designed for demanding commercial and industrial applications. It is available with steel, aluminum, or stainless-steel curtains and can use heavy-duty 3-inch flat or curved slats. Standard wind-load capability is ±20 psf, with higher wind-load ratings available.

Maximum dimensions: up to 40′ wide × 40′ high, depending on configuration.

Model 800C ThermoTite®

The Model 800C adds insulation to the Model 800 platform. Its foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation provides an R-value of 7.7, helping improve thermal efficiency for buildings where temperature control is important. The 800C can accommodate openings up to 42′ wide × 40′ high, depending on configuration.

Models 800 HC & 800C HC

The High Cycle 800 HC and 800C HC models are designed for locations where doors operate frequently throughout the day. Their springless design and 500,000-cycle life make them well suited to high-traffic facilities while helping minimize maintenance and downtime.

 Models 800 ADV & 800C ADV

The Advanced Rolling Service Doors are designed for high-performance applications where faster operation, durability, and reduced maintenance are priorities. Wayne Dalton states that the ADV models operate approximately three times faster than standard rolling service doors.

The 800 ADV/800C ADV models can accommodate openings up to approximately 30′ wide × 20′ high, depending on the specific configuration.

Models 900 & 926

For applications where a more economical rolling service door is appropriate, the Model 900 and Model 926 provide durable rolling steel construction for commercial and industrial facilities.
